The Keyfinder ERP frontend was split across three separate Next.js repositories: the dashboard, the admin app and the auth app. They were meant to look and behave as one product, but every change to shared code had to be repeated three times, and the three repos kept drifting apart.
I moved all three apps into a single Turborepo monorepo. Code that the apps had been copying between each other now lives in one place, and a change to it reaches every app at once.
I also replaced the separate build setups with one CI pipeline on Azure DevOps that builds and checks the whole repository.
Then I moved the team onto it: showed everyone how the new structure works, where shared code goes, and how to run each app locally.
The result is one place to make a change, one pipeline to trust, and three apps that stay in sync instead of drifting apart.
